PHP at Hollick Institute runs your treatment like a full workday, usually five to six hours of structured clinical care, then you head home or back to supportive housing for the evening. It fits between residential care and living on your own, so you keep the intensity while practicing what recovery looks like in real time.
On admission you sit down for a comprehensive assessment that looks at your substance use, mental health, medical history, and home situation. From that, your team builds a personalized treatment plan that changes as you do. A dedicated case manager stays with you the whole way, coordinating your groups, individual sessions, family involvement, and the aftercare steps that come next. You always know who to call.
